As an Account Executive, also known as a Strategic Growth Manager (SGM), your primary role is to sell the Compass value proposition (technology, marketing, culture, and growth) to influence agents to transition from their current brokerages. This role involves direct interaction with decision-makers, requiring empathy, patience, listening skills, agility, and a focus on closing deals.
