General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) has an immediate opening for an USAF/USSF Account Executive. This position offers the chance to improve the performance and profitability of an organization that supports critical defense services for the nation and its allies. GDMS employees collaborate closely with esteemed customers to create solutions that enable them to carry out high-stakes national security missions. The Account Executive role is a high-profile position focused on maintaining and expanding GDMS' customer base and content within assigned customers and territories. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans for sustained sales growth in assigned domestic (e.g., USAF/USSF) and foreign accounts, establishing and growing business relationships with key customers to drive market adoption of GDMS products and solutions, and creating, collaborating on, and executing strategies to increase SNVP revenue. The role involves opportunity development, pursuit, and closure, scheduling site visits and teleconferences for demonstrations and account maintenance, providing pre-sales and post-sales account and customer support, and delivering annual quota commitments with demonstrated sales and revenue growth over time. The position also identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
