About The Position

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-impact, global communications programmes. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in delivering social change communications campaigns from concept through to execution. You will support project management, client relationships, and creative development ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of business operations and project workflows
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Politics, International Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Interest in geopolitics and global affairs
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of communications campaigns
  • Own smaller projects with oversight from senior team members
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and production processes with precision
  • Ensure all work is on brief and meets quality expectations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Support presentations and confidently communicate ideas
  • Contribute to constructive debate to strengthen creative output
  • Assist with budgeting, estimates, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Identify risks, scope changes, and opportunities for efficiency
  • Develop understanding of campaign strategy and audience insights
  • Stay informed on global affairs and sector trends
  • Contribute to shaping project briefs and strategic direction
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to agency culture
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Actively participate in internal initiatives and knowledge sharing
