As an Account Executive at RXO CORPORATE SOLUTIONS, LLC, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as managing and expanding existing client relationships within a defined territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required to represent RXO CORPORATE SOLUTIONS, LLC.
