About The Position

Euna Solutions is looking for an Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team. The role involves driving net new sales of their solutions built for the public sector, navigating complex, RFP-driven cycles. This position is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives on building trust, executing with precision, and competing with heart. The Account Executive is expected to own outcomes, build trust, and elevate the mission. The role requires a strategic seller with proven success in B2B SaaS or Public Sector sales, comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals in municipal or government settings, and selling software that drives operational transformation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-directed, organized, and unafraid to take ownership, with a passion for learning, growth, and improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS or Public Sector sales.
  • Confident navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals in municipal or government settings.
  • Comfortable selling software that drives operational transformation.
  • A strong communicator—equally at ease with C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Self-directed, organized, and unafraid to take ownership of outcomes.
  • Obsessed with learning, growth, and improvement—both yours and your customers'.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle sales.
  • Strong collaboration skills—especially with BDRs, Solution Engineers, and RFP teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

  • Experience with procurement processes (bonus points).

  • Collaborate with a BDR in your territory to create opportunities and share what works.
  • Uncover customer pain points and tailor Euna solutions that create measurable impact.
  • Tell the Euna story with conviction—why we exist, what we solve, and how we deliver value.
  • Quarterback the deal with precision, communication, and urgency, from RFPs to closing.
  • Represent Euna in the market: Be visible at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Plan, track, and execute in Salesforce—owning your time, data, and results.
