Requirements
- 1-3 years of communications experience in labor, advocacy, organizing, politics, or media
- Eager to make a difference for the public good
- Hungry go-getter with a knack for sharp, compelling writing
- News-hound with a proven track record pitching and placing media
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Pitching and placing media
- Writing catchy social media content
- Writing attention-grabbing press releases
- Writing incisive talking points
- Retain a valid driver’s license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker.
