Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (or equivalent commercial experience in fundraising, marketing, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats including phone, email and social media
  • General business acumen and understanding of Fortune 1000 companies
  • Self-motivated, determined, and driven with keen ability to problem solve
  • Ambitious results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive who is accountable for his/her success
  • Ability and willingness to make cold calls to senior-level executives
  • Professional presence, especially when dealing with prospects and members

Responsibilities

  • Contact top-level decision-making leaders to join our membership communities
  • Talk with prospects and gain an understanding of their challenges and goals, while pitching a highly valuable, yet intangible solution.
  • Manage pipeline of sales opportunities with ability to strategize conversion plans including navigating enterprise level procurement processes
  • Identify new business opportunities from a range of sources
  • Ability to cold call, conduct outreach, and schedule with prospects
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quota
  • Build deep, long-term, empathetic relationships
  • Keep up to date with member stories & activities, current industry trends, market activities, the competitive landscape
  • Demonstrate passion and energy, both externally with the customer and internally with our team
  • Strong collaboration skills in working in across departments

Benefits

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission(in USD Dollars) + Ramp-up bonus incentives(in USD Dollars) with overall target earnings of $150,000 annually.
