Delta Defense is the private company behind the marketing, operations, and customer service of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). The USCCA is dedicated to safeguarding the life, freedom, and finances of responsibly armed Americans. As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will carry this mission into every parking lot, range, retailer, and training room you step into. This part-time position offers flexibility to suit your schedule but does not include company benefits. The role involves engaging with local ranges, retailers, and instructors to drive sales and build strong relationships within an assigned territory. The position requires face-to-face, relationship-driven sales with a focus on credibility, especially with firearms instructors, range owners, and individuals who care about self-defense and personal freedom. The company provides a paid training program for the first 6 weeks, including virtual orientation, self-paced learning, and virtual instructor-led classroom training.
