About The Position

We are seeking driven, empathetic Account Executives for our Immigration Law division. This role offers the opportunity to guide clients through significant life-changing moments and play a pivotal role in the company's growth. The position is ideal for high-energy, results-driven sellers passionate about helping people.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role (B2C or high-touch sales experience is ideal).
  • Exceptional communication skills—you can simplify complex ideas and build instant trust.
  • A relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets with an uncapped earning motivation.
  • Proficiency in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage and forecast a pipeline.

  • Experience or passion for the legal, family law, or immigration fields.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle, turning interested leads into satisfied clients.
  • Master pipeline management and proactively engage warm leads, guiding them with clarity and care toward experienced legal professionals.
  • Quickly diagnose each client's unique situation and offer tailored, collaborative solutions in partnership with legal experts.
  • Consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales quotas, directly propelling Flare's rapid growth.
  • Partner closely with legal and client success teams to ensure a smooth, exceptional, and life-changing experience for every client.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other best practices to track progress, refine your winning pitch, and optimize your workflow.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000, with potential increases to $55,000 after 6 months and $60,000 after 1 year.
