About The Position

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our award-winning Canadian team in Toronto. You’ll partner with leading brands and agencies to create high-impact campaigns across CTV, OLV, display, and programmatic. Requirements

  • 3–8+ years’ experience in digital media sales (mobile, video, or programmatic preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic advertising
  • Established network within media agencies and direct advertisers
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics in client conversations

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close business with targeted agencies and advertisers
  • Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Ad Ops, and Sales Planning to deliver exceptional campaigns
  • Represent Teads in the marketplace as a trusted brand advocate
  • Ensure high client satisfaction to drive renewals and incremental growth
  • Own client relationships beyond the sale, contributing to ongoing growth and retention
  • Use campaign insights and performance to uncover new opportunities with clients
