About The Position

FASTSIGNS of Eugene is hiring a B2B Account Executive who knows how to prospect, follow up, and close. You may already have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience. What you may not have yet is the right platform: an established local brand, a warm customer base, a strong production team, and a commission plan built for someone who wants to build a serious book of business. We are a 20-person team ranked in the top 20 of 700+ FASTSIGNS locations worldwide, serving the Eugene market for over 10 years. You are not starting cold. We have 10 years of customer data and dormant accounts ready to be developed. No territory ceiling. Develop a client with locations in multiple states — you own that relationship. The back end is supported. Our inside team handles estimating and scoping so you can focus on selling. The base never steps down. Your $75K base stays flat as your commission accelerates on top of it.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Drive, follow-through, and comfort with daily outbound
  • Ability to describe your prospecting process in detail
  • Proven quota attainment or rankings
  • Belief that your daily activity should directly affect your income

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily outbound: calls, walk-ins, referrals, and targeted prospecting
  • Prospect into contractors, healthcare, hospitality, education, property management, and multi-location businesses
  • Conduct discovery meetings and build recurring accounts
  • Own relationships from first contact through close and every reorder
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking in our CRM
