About The Position

Roku is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive revenue across Independent Agencies. As streaming continues to transform the advertising landscape, this role is on the front lines, helping brands unlock the full value of Roku’s platform through programmatic pipes, direct video, and custom sponsorship solutions. You will own and grow a book of business, build strong agency relationships, and develop strategic media plans that deliver results. This role requires someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll work cross-functionally to bring innovative ideas to life and help agencies succeed on behalf of their clients.

Requirements

2+ years of experience owning a book of business in a sales role
Experience in programmatic, digital video, or advertising sales
Strong understanding of the TV, digital, and/or ad tech ecosystem
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Drive advertising revenue and exceed sales targets
Build and manage relationships across Independent Agencies
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
Create and pitch strategic media plans leveraging Roku’s full product suite
Respond to RFPs and develop custom sponsorship opportunities
Manage campaigns end-to-end, including optimization, reporting, and upsell opportunities
Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and execute campaigns
