About The Position

Lunya is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to lead growth across our Specialty Retail and Hospitality channels. This role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with specialty retailers, luxury boutiques, hotels, and hospitality partners while driving sales growth and expanding Lunya’s presence in the market. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter with a strong sales background who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. They are excited by the opportunity to represent a premium sleepwear brand and build meaningful partnerships with customers who value quality, innovation, and elevated design.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, or related industries
  • Experience managing specialty, wholesale, or key accounts preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships, drive sales results, and identify new business opportunities
  • Comfortable with proactive sales outreach, including cold calling, prospecting, and developing new customer relationships
  • Experience using B2B sales platforms and CRM tools to manage accounts, track opportunities, and support sales growth
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze sales reports, manage account information, and identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and build a growing business
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Passion for premium products and creating an elevated customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of specialty retail and hospitality accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities with luxury boutiques, specialty retailers, hotels, and hospitality partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
  • Drive seasonal sales strategies, including assortment recommendations, forecasting, and account growth plans
  • Identify opportunities to expand Lunya’s distribution and brand presence
  • Conduct customer meetings, market visits, and account reviews to strengthen partnerships
  • Represent Lunya at industry trade shows approximately two times per year
  • Travel approximately 20% to meet with customers, prospect new business, and support account growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
