About The Position

Remet Corporation's Enhanced Wax Products division is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to develop and grow strategic customer relationships within the candle, packaging, personal care, industrial wax, and specialty wax markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development, account management, and consultative sales, along with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
Proven success generating revenue and developing long-term customer relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in candle manufacturing, wax products, packaging, personal care, specialty chemicals, or related industries preferred.
Existing industry contacts and relationships are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with customers in targeted market segments.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Collaborate with technical, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to deliver customer solutions.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
