About The Position

As an Account Executive, you will develop, maintain, and expand client relationships, while driving new business opportunities across DCM’s full suite of products and services. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to help our clients achieve their goals through tailored, innovative solutions. This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days per week in our Burnaby office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with some knowledge of document management or print production an asset
  • 2–5 years of consultative sales experience, with proven success in developing and maintaining new accounts
  • Ability to conduct pre-sale research, solution design, deliver persuasive presentations, and close deals
  • Experience interacting effectively with senior leadership of organizations with confidence, professionalism, and credibility
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite products and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and drive expansion through outreach, networking, and prospecting activities (conducting cold calls, attending networking events, utilizing social media, organizing lunch and learns, etc.)
  • Strengthen existing portfolio of client relationships by leading partnership reviews, delivering exceptional service, and curated solutions, as well as exploring and upselling new opportunities and solutions
  • Develop account plans, analyze markets and use CRM tools to track activity and progress
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and client documentation to support a seamless sales process
