You will be remote and report into the Vice President, Equity Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of software sales experience required
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota year-over-year by managing and closing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing and closing complex B2B sales-cycles
  • Hunter mentality w/ ability to thrive fast-paced environment with a high level of motivation, urgency, and ability to learn quickly
  • A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results
  • High accountability mindset with a disciplined approach to activity planning, pipeline management, forecasting, goal setting, and execution

  • Equity Management industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans focused on new logo pre-IPO, emerging growth, and small- to mid-cap public company prospects
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas
  • Uncover and partner with centers of influence in the equity management industry to drive referral pipeline opportunities through appropriate partners.
  • Use a consultative approach to diagnose our customer’s needs with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or equivalent.
  • Remain knowledgeable of company products and target industries to facilitate sales efforts
  • You have excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff and are comfortable engaging with executives, product, engineering, data, analytics, and technical stakeholders
  • WINNING MENTALITY – self-motivated to close deals, acquire new client logos, take care of current clients, and lead the sales scoreboard
