Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior sales experience preferred, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop opportunities, and close business
  • Consultative selling mindset with a strong focus on customer needs
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working independently while partnering cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and expand existing customer relationships
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit goals
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support ongoing growth
  • Partner with customers to understand their operations, identify pain points, and recommend value-added solutions
  • Develop strategic account plans for top customers and prospects
  • Promote a wide range of packaging products, materials, equipment, and related service solutions
  • Execute pricing strategies that support both customer value and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service, responsiveness, and execution
  • Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and customer needs
  • Provide regular territory updates, pipeline visibility, and sales activity reporting
