About The Position

Bioscope.ai is an early-stage AI company building the clinical intelligence layer for precision medicine. Our platform ingests whole-genome sequencing, microbiome and metabolomic analysis, labs, wearables, and full medical records, then applies advanced AI on top of it. The result is a virtual colleague that helps physicians connect signals no one could hold in their head at once. This is a rare thing in sales: a product that didn't exist before, sold to buyers who are actively looking for it. Concierge, longevity, and functional medicine physicians have built their practices around depth: smaller patient panels, more time per patient, insight their patients can't get elsewhere. They're already promising personalized, preventive care. Bioscope is how they deliver it. You'll own new business in your markets end to end: build pipeline, run demos, close, and grow the accounts you win. Our first customers are live and getting results, but the playbook is still being written, and you'll have a real hand in writing it.

Requirements

5+ years closing, ideally healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or SaaS, with a track record of building your own pipeline. Tell us the numbers.
Consultative selling to owners. You're at ease with the physician whose name is on the door, navigating a decision that's clinical, operational, and financial at once.
Curiosity. A product with real scientific depth sounds appealing, not intimidating.
Presence. Sharp on a Zoom demo, comfortable holding a dinner table of physicians.
Composure. We're a year in and the product has been in market six months. Priorities shift. That energizes you.
Polish. Our physicians are discerning and their patients are high performers. You're someone a doctor would trust in front of their own patients.

Nice To Haves

Selling experience in concierge medicine, direct primary care, functional or longevity medicine.
Background in diagnostics, genomics, pharma, or medical device sales.
Experience introducing a new category to the market.

Responsibilities

Own the full cycle. Prospecting through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close, then expansion.
Build the pipeline. Target concierge, longevity, and functional medicine practices. These buyers can tell the difference between outreach that understands their practice and outreach that scraped their website.
Demo for clinicians. Translate multi-omic and clinical data into what it means for a physician's day and their patients.
Build credibility in the science. No MD required, but you'll need to hold your own on genomics and biomarkers. We'll teach you, but you have to learn.
Get in the room. Conferences, practice visits, and the dinners we host for physicians in our priority markets. Expect meaningful travel.
Sharpen how we sell. Work with marketing and leadership on positioning, objection handling, and case studies. Keep pipeline data clean in HubSpot.
