About The Position

Fortis Health is seeking an Account Executive to build and grow referral relationships and drive census growth. The Account Executive will focus on educating the community about Fortis Health’s home health and hospice services while expanding the network of referral sources.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Home health or hospice experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Trella Health’s Marketscape)

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans and track activity in CRM.
  • Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships.
  • Serve as liaison with clinical teams.
  • Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Complete reports and support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.
