About The Position

ResQ is looking for an SMB Account Executive to join their sales team. This role is crucial for driving net-new revenue and building lasting partnerships with commercial trades operators across North America. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping these businesses grow and shaping the future of the industry. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales cycle within a fast-growth environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with commercial trades businesses, including staff, owners, and executives.
  • Employ a data and metric-driven mindset with a deep dedication toward achieving both personal and company targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of sales processes and the importance of moving opportunities through the funnel.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or technology marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of Josh Brauns sales academy.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting product demos, onboarding customers, and closing deals.
  • Deliver a predominantly outbound sales strategy, focusing on commercial SMB operators.
  • Experiment with 'out of the box' methods to gain access, build trust, overcome objections, and create urgency to generate and close deals.
  • Be the face of ResQ in your designated area, creating and honoring close relationships with customers to ensure they receive the best experience.
  • Share on-the-ground market and customer insights to strengthen ResQ's offerings and sales strategy.
