About The Position

The Account Executive will oversee the sales development activities for the company and be in charge of implementing campaigns and sales driven activities. Founded by former Workday clients, we value partnership and engagement as a cornerstone of our business. With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience required
  • Exposure to Workday suite of products (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Planning)
  • Experiences with selling to Line of Business (COO, VP) level of contacts
  • "Hunter" mindset as to demand generation and pipeline development activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • At least three years of Workday sales experience required.
  • Applications for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Intecrowd.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture business to business relationships to uncover and pursue sales opportunities
  • Support partner and customer facing events and activities
  • Work closely with sales support teams to develop and execute pursuit specific winning strategies
  • Analyze sales data to refine target markets and messaging
  • Identifies and analyzes client preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how Workday and Intecrowd can enable achieving those goals
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to effectively manage partner sales leadership
  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
