About The Position

This role focuses on building long-term partnerships within the Long Term Care & Senior Living sector. The Account Executive will serve as the strategic face of All-Stat Portable, a leader in mobile diagnostics since 1978, ensuring partners have the resources needed for exceptional patient outcomes. This is a retention-focused role where success is measured by the strength and longevity of client partnerships. The position offers true account ownership, direct influence on company expansion, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with decision-makers in the Indianapolis healthcare community.

Requirements

  • Proven success in an Account Executive or Account Management role.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, LTC, or SNF experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support existing client accounts by coordinating high-level meetings and tracking facility needs.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between customer feedback and internal leadership teams.
  • Use CRM tools and data to identify opportunities for service improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Spend time in the Indianapolis community, becoming a trusted resource for LTC and SNF administrators.
