About The Position

Parker’s mission is simple but ambitious: to increase the number of financially independent people. Our core product combines a virtual corporate card with dynamic spending limits and profitability-focused software tooling—empowering eCommerce merchants to grow faster while staying in control of their margins. We’re a Series B fintech scaling rapidly, with strong product-market fit and accelerating demand. As an Account Executive (AE) at Parker, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle—from discovery to close—while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and fostering long-term client relationships. You will also engage in outbound prospecting, manage your sales pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to help clients maximize their financial potential with Parker’s solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in full-cycle sales roles (SaaS, fintech, agency, or ecommerce preferred)
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple accounts at once
  • Experience selling to DTC brands, founders, or operators is a major plus
  • Highly organized, curious, coachable, and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and customer-obsessed

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Experience reviewing your own calls and self-optimizing
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving playbooks
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, fintech, or small business growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospects’ pain points and position Parker’s value
  • Guide customers through the application and onboarding process with clarity and care
  • Foster long-term client relationships, helping them scale spend and usage with Parker
  • Provide ongoing account support to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring pipeline hygiene and transparency
  • Log key touchpoints, schedule timely follow-ups, and submit end-of-day sales recaps
  • Track metrics and continuously improve via call reviews and coaching with Sales Leadership
  • Proactively generate new leads via: Referral networks LinkedIn + social media engagement Strategic cold and warm email outreach Partnerships and internal lead gen tools
  • Work alongside SDRs to keep a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
