About The Position

Speak to clients over the telephone about the potential benefits of protecting a portion of their wealth in precious metals. Educate clients about the different types of metals available, the different coin series available, and the different grades available. Assist clients with completing their purchases, take payment information, ensure the correct inventory is pulled for the client. Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Excellent phone voice and the ability to effectively communicate with clients over the telephone
• Must be highly energetic and passionate about the selling process
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• High level of self-confidence
• Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Ability to learn and operate computer systems and contact management software
• Work well independently
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years prior sales experience preferred
• Phones sales experience preferred
