About The Position

The Account Executive is responsible for identifying relevant new business opportunities through working capital solutions and creating custom finance packages that fit specific client needs. The Account Executive is responsible for educating and funding clients on working capital programs and generating revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in selling working capital product
  • Strong understanding of business loan products and pricing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated individual showcasing strong work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of CRM system preferred, specifically Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Confidently and successfully sell and educate clients on business loan structure, process, and pricing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for applications, new business origination and funding, and overall gross margin production.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for submissions, funding units, and gross margin (GM).
  • Follow up on new leads in a timely manner to develop professional business relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Probably’s lenders and the specific lending parameters for each.
  • Assist in coaching teammates on product knowledge and sales skills in the business lending industry.
  • Utilize and maintain data systems, Salesforce, RingCentral, HeyMarket, and ZoomInfo.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and showcase accurate deal flow processes to achieve results.
