Requirements

  • Strong understanding of account management, sales, client service, and negotiation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, including Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and results-driven with the ability to lead and motivate others

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Oversee and manage assigned staff, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, accountability, and support to ensure performance and client expectations are met.
  • Respond promptly to client concerns, complaints, and escalations, driving issues through resolution in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs, identify opportunities, and ensure service delivery aligns with contractual requirements and company standards.
  • Develop account strategies and business plans, establishing goals and partnering with Sales on revenue growth and account expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with the Sales team to promote and expand Broadway National services and solutions within existing accounts.
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, service levels, and client satisfaction; identify trends and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely account information in Salesforce to provide senior management with clear visibility into account activity, performance, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure client needs are communicated, prioritized, and executed effectively.
  • Audit client work orders and service activity to ensure jobs are completed accurately, timely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations.
  • Ensure both Broadway National and assigned clients adhere to applicable contract terms, service requirements, and agreed-upon expectations.
  • Prepare and present weekly and quarterly account reports, highlighting performance, trends, challenges, opportunities, and action plans.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities to strengthen client retention, service offerings, and overall account value.
