Small Giants is seeking a high-impact Account Executive (referred to as Account Strategist in our agency) to join our Strategic Services team. You will serve as the "Captain" of the work—the primary bridge between a client’s high-level strategy we create for them and our agency's tactical execution. As the lead marketing representative for your clients, you will translate complex themes into actionable work, ensuring every output aligns with the client’s strategic business goals. You are a strategic coordinator who manages clients with care and thoughtfulness. You must be a curious listener capable of reading between the lines to uncover the heart of a client's needs, then embodying those needs to lead our internal creative teams with organized, detailed and concise direction. This is not a sales role, but rather a client care position designed to facilitate and deepen holistic marketing relationships with current and new clients. This role serves as the vital link between our clients and internal teams of multiple departments within a full-service marketing agency. Key responsibilities include managing relationships, project management of multiple projects for a client, and oversight of proposals and budgets to drive client satisfaction.
