The Assistant Account Executive is responsible for managing existing client relationships in tandem with the Risk Advisor and Account Manager. The Assistant Account Executive drives the renewal process for existing clients and the new business process for new opportunities. This role requires extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines products and markets, the ability to satisfy client needs with minimal assistance, strong negotiating, decision-making, and relationship-building skills, and excellent customer service and teamwork skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs is also necessary.
