This role is responsible for the retention, growth, and overall account service strategy for a designated group of Higher Education institutions within a specific territory. The position involves working collaboratively with other departments to develop client strategies, leverage best practices, cross-sell solutions, and exceed customer satisfaction expectations. By building strong client relationships, the Account Executive contributes to new business generation through cross-sell and referrals.
