About The Position

We are looking for a Digital Account Executive who is a pure hunter. You won't be bogged down by account maintenance or manual data entry. You will be supported by an SDR team, Sales Engineers, and an AI-driven tech stack that allows you to focus on one thing: Closing. This role offers 100% remote freedom, AI-powered sales superpowers, a "pod" support model, and zero-friction hand-offs. The day-to-day involves strategy and lead review, preparing for virtual pitches with Sales Engineers, leading virtual pitches, automated follow-ups using AI-generated summaries, growth coaching with AI-driven insights, and strategic outreach to target accounts.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Ability to build rapport and close deals over video.
Proficiency in commanding a virtual room.
Embrace AI and CRM tools.
Motivated by new business acquisition.
Thrive on an uncapped commission structure.
Track record of selling complex digital solutions (SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Social).

Responsibilities

Act as a pure hunter focused on closing deals.
Leverage AI software for meeting summaries, automated follow-ups, and real-time coaching.
Collaborate with SDRs to fuel pipeline and Sales Engineers to build technical pitches.
Analyze first-party audience data to build custom digital strategies.
Lead high-stakes proposals via video.
Utilize AI Sales Assistant for call transcription, action item noting, and sentiment analysis.
Review AI-generated meeting summaries and send personalized follow-ups.
Leverage proprietary market data for strategic outreach to target accounts.
