As an Account Executive – Truck Brokerage, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships, developing pricing strategies, and driving business growth across intra-Mexico and cross-border operations. This role blends day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Experience developing pricing strategies across multiple transportation modes
Familiarity with intra-Mexico and cross-border logistics.
Ability to work both alone and collaborate with other teams
Strong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skills.
Have good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of logistics sales experience.
Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English & Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities

Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries.
Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue.
Conduct business reviews and performance reporting.
Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services.
Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data.
Deliver accurate and timely quotes.
Participate in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities.
Align sales initiatives with company growth objectives.
Track KPIs and deliver reports to leadership.
Utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
