About The Position

As an Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our in-store display projects, managing the entire lifecycle from initial concept to successful retail execution. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver and relationship builder who thrives on transforming ideas into results. You'll navigate complex, large-scale projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

  • Project Management Expertise: Adept at planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Process-oriented, thrives in dynamic environments, and a proactive self-starter who embraces change.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and experienced with project management tools.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Skilled in vendor sourcing, relationship management, meeting facilitation, and experienced in in-store marketing, print, design, and display production w/ familiarity across various material substrates (plastics, metals, woods, papers, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end display lifecycle, collaborating with vendors to bring design concepts to life through production and execution.
  • Effectively manage client and production partner expectations to optimize speed-to-market and cost efficiency.
  • Translate client needs into actionable display solutions and define clear project milestones.
  • Partner with production teams to develop solutions that align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Cultivate strong day-to-day client and vendor relationships, driving progress across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Oversee production costs, identifying and recommending the most cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
  • Participate in in-person meetings, vendor site visits, and store checks as required.
