Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or transportation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and capitalizes on new business opportunities to broaden the client portfolio and boost revenue growth
  • Analyzes client goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions that effectively meet their needs.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
  • Formulates and executes targeted client retention and expansion strategies aimed at fostering long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Leads contract negotiations and closes sales deals to achieve and surpass established performance targets.
  • Creates and presents sales presentations and proposals that align with client objectives and drive interest.
  • Maintains accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project milestones to inform future strategies.
  • Monitors market dynamics, competitor movements, and industry trends to identify potential growth avenues and adapt strategies accordingly.
