About The Position

Beast Code is seeking a mission-driven Account Executive to join our Adaptive Solutions Program Management Office. The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational military experience, program or contract management background, and the ability to bridge technical expertise with customer relationships in the defense sector. SOF, aviation, ISR, or EW experience is a strong differentiator. You must be passionate about building innovative solutions for the warfighter. As an Account Executive, you'll leverage your technical expertise to forge new relationships and strengthen existing ones across our Special Operations customer base. You'll iterate with customers while collaborating with development teams to discover hard and soft requirements, then manage relationships and interfaces as the team rapidly develops breakthrough solutions at speed. This position requires a sharp, confident team member who follows, leads relentlessly, sees obstacles as welcome challenges, and maintains integrity in professional interactions.

  • Must have demonstrated experience in Special Operations, SOF-adjacent programs, or defense contracting supporting SOF customers

  • Able to meet routine travel requirements for conferences, events, and shows — travel expected between 25%–50% of the time.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Able to comply with Government regulations
  • Successfully complete a background check
  • Maintain a valid USA driver's license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Served in AFSOC, SOCOM, Army SF, Naval Special Warfare, or adjacent SOF communities
  • Served on a TSOC, SOCOM, or component staff
  • Experience in ISR, EW, SIGINT, or aviation mission sets supporting SOF operations
  • Hold or have held a TS/SCI clearance
