Healthie is seeking a Business Development Account Executive to be the outbound engine for their enterprise sales. This role will focus on generating pipeline across core ICP segments, including digital health startups and emerging care delivery organizations in behavioral health, women's health, nutrition, GLP-1/metabolic care, and more. The BD AE will identify, engage, and qualify prospective enterprise customers, and collaborate closely with Senior Account Executives (SAEs) for seamless handoffs. This position involves daily collaboration with the SAE team, RevOps, and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Occasionally, the role may involve closing Group or Group+ API opportunities if they originate from the AE's outreach and capacity allows. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by prospecting, relationship building, and thrive in a fast-paced healthtech environment, with the opportunity to influence how a category-defining platform reaches the market.
