About The Position

We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads and trials with new prospects of BILL to paying customers. You will be identifying customer pain points, closing business, and prioritizing your book of business. Sales Associates who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for any number of exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization. This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The On Target Earnings (OTE) range noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zone Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County $100,000—$122,400 USD Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County), Austin TX, Massachusetts $91,800—$110,200 USD Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina $85,100—$104,100 USD

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of closing experience
  • Organized and process-oriented while being creative and excited to try new approaches
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to make 60+ outbound calls per day
  • High motivated, goal-oriented, self-starting individual
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Flexibility and Adaptability - Ability to take and provide feedback
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Quick to build rapport and drive urgency on short sales cycles
  • Managing a high number of deals simultaneously
  • Familiar with CRM systems and able to update
