About The Position

As an SMB Account Executive at Scribe, you’ll be the face of our company to prospective customers and play a critical role in helping businesses discover better ways of working. You’ll guide customers through their first experience with Scribe, helping them solve real operational challenges with a product teams genuinely love using. This is a high-impact, high-velocity role where you’ll have the opportunity to drive meaningful business growth while building foundational sales skills that can accelerate your sales career at Scribe! As an SMB Account Executive at Scribe, you will close inbound new business opportunities across companies of all sizes and industries within the SMB segment. You’ll engage with qualified inbound leads, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help organizations understand how Scribe can improve the way they document and scale work. In this role, you’ll run product demos, answer customer questions, and guide prospects through the buying process using best-in-class sales and GTM tools. You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where activity, curiosity, and execution are highly valued. This is a foundational role on our sales team and one of the best places to build a successful career at Scribe. The SMB segment sees the highest volume of qualified leads and serves as a strong talent pipeline into our upmarket sales teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in professional sales in SaaS/AI
  • Strong bias toward action and enjoy operating with urgency.
  • Highly organized and energized by staying productive throughout the day.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities move quickly and momentum matters.
  • Enjoy talking with customers and building relationships through high-volume engagement.
  • Comfortable learning quickly and simplifying concepts for others.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and willing to take initiative to solve problems.
  • Value execution and progress over perfection.
  • Excited to grow your sales career in a high-performing environment with strong development opportunities.
  • Must be located in SF, CA!
