About The Position

Solink is seeking a curious and energetic Account Executive to join their fast-growing sales team focused on the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. This role involves partnering with recognizable and rapidly expanding franchise and multi-unit brands across North America. The position is ideal for individuals who excel in consultative sales, possess experience in prospecting, business development, and closing deals within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys building from the ground up, is passionate about connecting with operators and decision-makers, uncovering pain points, and delivering value. Responsibilities include presenting, conducting impactful product demos, and collaborating within a high-energy team. This opportunity is for those excited about helping QSR operators solve real-world challenges across hundreds of locations and who want to be part of a dynamic, purpose-driven team.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of closing experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • At least 1 year of outbound BDR experience.
  • At least one-third of deals originate from own prospecting efforts.
  • Proven ability to close multi-location deals and manage opportunities through to the finish line.
  • History of owning and exceeding targets and quotas.
  • Ability to recognize buying signals, create urgency, and move deals forward.
  • Use of a personal operating model or playbook to organize sales activities effectively.
  • Customer-centric approach, leading with curiosity, value, and insight, and listening more than pitching.
  • Growth mindset, seeking feedback, learning fast, and adapting to change with resilience and enthusiasm.
  • High standards of integrity and ability to thrive in a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Selling into the quick service restaurant segment, especially to franchise groups or multi-unit operators.
  • Understanding of the franchise model and how to tailor sales motions for both franchisors and franchisees.
  • Previous work experience in a quick-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and proactively engage QSR brands, especially multi-unit operators and franchise systems, who would benefit from Solink’s platform through strategic, value-driven outreach tailored to the QSR industry.
  • Lead deals from end to end, including discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing, taking accountability for building a book of business with confidence and autonomy.
  • Tailor product demonstrations to address QSR challenges such as high employee turnover, multi-location complexity, loss prevention, and operational inefficiencies, speaking to the goals of decision-makers (franchisee or franchisor).
  • Achieve and exceed quota, with top performers closing 12+ deals per year and typically landing multi-location agreements.
  • Collaborate within an environment that values curiosity, agility, and strong value selling, aiming to win together, learn fast, and grow continuously.
