About The Position

Silvur is modernizing retirement decision-making by partnering with financial institutions to provide account holders with tools and resources for critical decisions in their 50s, 60s, and beyond. Their white-labeled online platform is available to millions of credit union members and has received recognition as a Forbes Fintech 50 Most Innovative Company. Silvur has been featured in major publications and is backed by leading VCs and strategic investors. In 2024, Silvur launched Silvur Insurance, a full-service concierge Medicare agency, to offer one-on-one guidance from licensed insurance agents, focusing on education and personalized care for the Medicare journey. This role is for an Account Executive who will be the central owner of platform partnerships across a growing portfolio of credit unions. This consolidated role combines partner success and operational partnership management into a single position responsible for product adoption, enablement, and long-term partner health. It is not a sales or business development role; the focus is on deepening engagement with existing and newly onboarded partners, driving product utilization, building staff capabilities, and ensuring the Silvur platform is integrated into the credit union member experience at scale. The Account Executive will manage over 16 active credit union partners, requiring the ability to build repeatable playbooks, scalable training programs, and data-informed engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in client onboarding, partner success, or account management.
  • Startup experience required; comfortable with ambiguity and building process where none exists.
  • Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
  • Comfort across a modern, AI first lightweight tech stack — Claude, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), HubSpot, Asana, Canva+, and Zoom — and the AI forward digital collaboration tools that keep deliverables moving.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Comfort leading cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Genuine passion for helping people navigate big life decisions like retirement and healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary product expert for Silvur's retirement planning platform across all active credit union partners.
  • Design and deliver scalable training programs for credit union staff, in-branch teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate the platform's retirement-education tools — Social Security, Medicare, housing, and the Retirement Score — into clear, actionable guidance tailored to each partner's member base and operational context.
  • Build repeatable enablement materials, playbooks, and resources that can be deployed efficiently across a large partner portfolio.
  • Own the ongoing relationship for a portfolio of credit union platform partners, serving as the primary point of contact for product questions, support escalations, and program optimization.
  • Lead with executive presence, interacting daily with the C-suite at credit unions.
  • Manage quarterly business reviews and proactive check-ins to surface adoption gaps, celebrate wins, and align on goals.
  • Customize referral workflows and program configurations to match each partner's systems and preferences.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to deepen product usage within existing accounts, including introducing the Medicare program.
  • Lead new partner onboarding end to end — from kickoff through full program deployment — with a structured, education-first approach.
  • Coordinate project timelines, training delivery, and onboarding documentation across internal and partner teams.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between credit union stakeholders (marketing, operations, executive sponsors) and Silvur's internal teams.
  • Establish and monitor referral tracking, engagement metrics, and product utilization data across the portfolio.
  • Surface insights and trends to internal teams; translate partner feedback into actionable product and process recommendations.
  • Partner with operations, product, and marketing teams to improve member outcomes and influence the product roadmap.
