In 2024, Silvur launched Silvur Insurance, a full-service concierge Medicare agency, to offer one-on-one guidance from licensed insurance agents, focusing on education and personalized care for the Medicare journey. This role is for an Account Executive who will be the central owner of platform partnerships across a growing portfolio of credit unions. This consolidated role combines partner success and operational partnership management into a single position responsible for product adoption, enablement, and long-term partner health. It is not a sales or business development role; the focus is on deepening engagement with existing and newly onboarded partners, driving product utilization, building staff capabilities, and ensuring the Silvur platform is integrated into the credit union member experience at scale. The Account Executive will manage over 16 active credit union partners, requiring the ability to build repeatable playbooks, scalable training programs, and data-informed engagement strategies.
