The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives to ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to objectives, and meets quality expectations. Act as a point of coordination to manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across priorities and clear communication on status, risks, and next steps. Support the organization and ongoing management of marketing activities, with the opportunity to take ownership of defined programs, campaigns, or operational workstreams. Create and manage timelines aligned to business objectives, including deliverables, dependencies, and key milestones. Monitor performance and outcomes, interpret results, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness. Apply insights from data, research, and trends to inform recommendations. Lead or support regular updates to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and partners to support effective execution and delivery. Support reporting and visibility into performance against defined goals and KPIs. Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and scale best practices. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree, preferably in a marketing, communications, or related program
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to communicate, written and verbal, clearly and concisely across a range of audiences
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment, including when to escalate issues

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing or a related field
