About The Position

Cyber Advisors LLC (CA), headquartered in Maple Grove, MN, is looking for an experienced Account Executive II for our Fargo market. CA is a steadily growing IT managed services provider (MSP) and cybersecurity business that specializes in a very high-quality, customer-focused approach to designing, managing, and maintaining our customers' IT environment. We have invested a tremendous amount of time to develop our technology, processes, and support platform. We are now adding to our team of outstanding individuals to help in our growth. Come grow with us! This is a full-time, hybrid position. Working hours are Monday-Friday. Must be based in the Salt Lake City area. Salary range is for base pay; this position is eligible for bonuses/variable pay. The AE II will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients reduce cybersecurity risk, modernize infrastructure, and adopt secure cloud architectures. Success requires a strong grasp of emerging threat landscapes, cloud adoption patterns, compliance trends, and security services.

Experience working with small to medium-sized clients.

Responsibilities

Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing client relationships across small and mid-market organizations.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients reduce cybersecurity risk, modernize infrastructure, and adopt secure cloud architectures.
Foster and manage customer relationships in relation to their technology solutions.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business in SMB and mid-market segments.
Soft vertical market alignment with an unrestricted, yet focused geography.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives.
Translate customer IT and Security needs into solutions through consultative methods.
Develop tech roadmaps, security plans, executive proposals, and quotes for customers.
Conduct sales presentations and leverage sales enablement tools.
Develop a personal knowledge of the industry/market segment.
Work as a team with engineers and solution architects to develop client solutions.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM system.
Focus on driving a measured amount of new business opportunities.
Adopt Cyber Advisors culture (Growth, Integrity, Fun/Passion, and Talent).
Attend bi-weekly and monthly meetings with sales management and the sales team.
Develop strategies for new business generation with sales leadership and marketing.
Attend events and trade shows.
Provide and host customer entertainment and professional sales development activities.
Collaborate with Cyber Advisors' partners and vendors.
Use data-driven outreach tools and AI-assisted prospecting to accelerate pipeline creation.
