About The Position
Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This role can be based out of Niles, New Hudson or Caledonia. Salary: $94,176 - $117,720 plus annual target bonus. If you enjoy our products, you’ll really enjoy being a part of our team!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 8 plus years of specific experience.
Responsibilities
- Achieves genuine awareness of customer strategy to generate annual growth plans between company and customer.
- Builds mutually beneficial partnerships with customers to ensure superior execution of retail strategies and grow the business.
- Represents the company and builds rapport with key stake holders in national bottler meetings.
- Collaborates with the bottling system to drive strategic goals.
- Coaches and trains sales operations teams on customer tools and initiatives.
- Shares best practices across bottling system to drive continuous improvement.
- Pivots across multiple evolving priorities and manages time and resources effectively and efficiently in a highly dynamic work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
