As an Account Executive – Hunter, at ISG Technology you are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting IT Solutions that help clients achieve their short-term and long-term business goals with a focus on making technology a strategic differentiator. This role combines proactive outreach, alignment with marketing, strategic selling, and a passion for the technology to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients. Requirements

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous work experience in sales or customer-facing roles typically gained over 2-5 years.
  • Have experience and working competence in computer skills including CRM software, internet software; spreadsheet software; word processing software; virtual meeting software, email and communications software and PC knowledge and understanding of basic technology components.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully selling advanced technology solutions.
  • Travel to client sites required; hold and maintain a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the criteria of ISG’s insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts utilizing the strength of your CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS to: Grow existing business by cultivating relationships with client prospects by maintaining contact to propose new solutions to ongoing or newly developing needs.
  • Consult with clients to assess their business needs.
  • Identify and promote sales opportunities to prospects.
  • Follow up with clients post-installation for feedback.
  • Communicate details of technology implementation to service and purchasing departments.
  • Ensure a strong migration to Service’s teammates through onboarding and first 90 days of client contract.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies to improve sales team efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance/management of marketing and sales enablement materials, including playbooks, sales scripts, presentations, and collateral.
  • Prospect for new business through a high volume of customer touchpoints including calls, emails, events, social media (LinkedIn), marketing activities, and virtual meetings.
  • Build, grow, and maintain strong, relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Understand client needs by researching current and prospective clients and aligning ISG’s solutions to effectively address their business needs.
  • Educate customers on the value of partnering with ISG Technology and the broader benefits of our industry-leading technology services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver best-in-class solutions tailored to each customer’s unique challenges.
  • Engage local vendor partners and associations to accelerate client introductions, lead generation, and sales opportunities.
  • Manage contacts, opportunities and sales activity via CRM and other software in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Update reports as required by management (e.g., forecasts, A/R tracking, expense reports, etc.).
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate the CRM system with other business tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and document sales methodologies, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with sales managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, providing them with the necessary training and resources.
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and other teams to align sales enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales enablement content and campaigns that support the sales process.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Support the Company by completing all other job duties assigned.
  • Assist in keeping ConnectWise and/or other data systems current with accurate information.
  • Set up new accounts as per the established processes.
