About The Position

Vision33 is seeking a driven and motivated bilingual Account Executive to join their team. This role focuses on building relationships, closing net-new business, and significantly growing income through performance in a large territory covering eastern Canada and the northeast US. The company offers uncapped commission potential, strong sales support, and a proven delivery organization, with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model allowing for consistent income growth. Onboarding incentives and transitional earning support are provided to minimize income disruption during the initial phase of the role. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for net-new SAP Business One opportunities, developing and executing strategies to generate pipeline, win new clients, and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful ERP or enterprise software sales experience, ideally within the SMB market.
  • Must be bilingual in French (minimal conversational proficiency) and English.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building reliable pipelines across geographies.
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to build trusted relationships from operational leaders to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value through confident presentations and discussions.
  • Must be eligible to travel to the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, MS 365 Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica, or Quickbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales of SAP Business One solutions to net-new clients through strategic prospecting, networking, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop strong relationships within the ERP technology and business communities through industry events, partner engagement, referrals, social selling, and professional networking activities to create new business opportunities.
  • Develop territory account plans, generate and qualify leads, maintain accurate forecasting, and manage pipeline activity through CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Partner closely with BDRs, SDRs, Solution Consultants, Marketing, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline generation and sales success.
  • Craft compelling value propositions, solution proposals, and executive presentations that translate ERP technology into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
