Position responsible for selling banking solutions and managed services to increase NCR's market share and profitability Targets Community Financial Institutions at senior and executive levels in a geographic territory Accountable for building relationships with existing and prospective new customers Involves cold calling and generating customer interest to drive penetration of new accounts Execute s the sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel (Salesforce proficiency a positive) Creates account and opportunity plan s, including sales strategies to drive the sales funnel and engagement for your territory Participates in and helps deliver monthly and quarterly customer business reviews Secures budget funding for future initiatives at the client executive level D efin es and creates customer needs and NCR's ability to meet those needs through banking solutions Serve s as the liaison between the customer and the company for resolving conflicts and driving overall customer satisfaction Creates solution offer s and proposal development to align with customer needs Articulates solutions in terms of ROI and business case to the client Collaborates with team members to learn and leverage collective knowledge Utilize s team members including pre-sale technical professionals, post-sale delivery professional s and management to achieve business objectives
