In collaboration with the Producer, this role manages IOA Benefits Account activities and sales. Responsibilities include client service, team leadership, daily task management, benefits administration, client budgeting, data analysis, reporting, client presentations, marketing, carrier negotiations, consulting, data management, and professional development. The role also focuses on identifying sales opportunities and upholding IOA’s core values. The company is the fourth largest privately held insurance brokerage in the United States, founded in 1988, and is a recognized leader in providing property and casualty, employee benefits, and personal lines insurance and risk management solutions as well as insurtech innovation.
