This is a hunter-focused individual contributor role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new logo opportunities within enterprise and upper mid-market organizations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling complex technology and services solutions, generating pipeline independently, and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, executive-level relationship building, and the ability to position both technology and professional services solutions that help organizations transform customer experience operations.
