About The Position

In this role, you will act as a partner to both our clients and internal teams, ensuring we deliver high-value, tailored cloud solutions that align with our partners’ business objectives. You will play a key role in building strong, trust-based relationships and in driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders to support partner growth and success.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, or other cloud technologies;
  • B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling through channel/partner-led models
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive (or relevant role);
  • Excellent French and English communication skills, written and spoken; Bilingual
  • Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work through complex and detailed business cases;
  • Team player mindset with a strong ability to influence and build trusting and lasting relationships with peers and clients;
  • Customer-centric mindset - your customer is at the centre of everything you do;
  • Be able to explain the technical aspects of our products in simple terms to ensure they are clearly understood;
  • Shown creative problem-solving skills with strong initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency;
  • Ability to travel in Quebec a few times per year

Nice To Haves

  • ITSM/ESM knowledge and experience will be considered an asset;
  • Bachelor’s degree considered an asset;

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities via outgoing phone calls, e-mails and social media platforms (cold calling) and in collaboration with various marketing activities (inbound);
  • Manage and nurture relationships with an existing customer base to ensure satisfaction and drive retention;
  • Qualifying daily inbound leads coming through our website, blogs, webinars etc;
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts, funnel hygiene, and target updates to meet sales objectives;
  • Execute internal campaigns and collaborate with Marketing to optimize ROI;
  • Handle new client sign ups and project hand-off;
  • Establish relationships with your potential clients;
  • Lead deep dive conversation with clients including the creation of relevant business cases to drive alignment and understanding of clients’ current and future needs;
  • Enter all relevant client related information and communications in our CRM system;
  • Coordinate with internal resources and specialists (SMEs, Pre-Sales, project analysts, etc.) to deliver the right solutions to your clients;
  • Be an ambassador for the voice of the customer and communicate all potential improvements to our internal products and software development teams.
