About The Position

Our team operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, and we are seeking an experienced Truckload Sales Executive to join our team and leverage an established, portable book of business. This role is ideal for a sales executive who is already producing and looking for a platform that removes friction and allows them to focus on growing revenue. You will be responsible for managing and expanding your existing customer relationships while continuing to develop new opportunities. What sets us apart is our best-in-class capacity team, which handles carrier sourcing, coverage, and execution—allowing our sales team to stay focused on customers and growth, not day-to-day freight issues. Combined with uncapped commission potential, this role offers a clear path to scale production without artificial limits.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of truckload brokerage or logistics sales experience
• A portable book of business with established customer relationships
• Strong understanding of truckload pricing, market dynamics, and customer strategy
• No active non-solicit or non-compete agreements

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated production of 20+ loads per week
• $4,000+ in brokerage revenue over the last 12 months
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships independently
• Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on long-term partnerships
• Comfortable operating in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
