Requirements

6+ years of industry experience.
A passion for continuing to grow your craft.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Experience, creative instinct, and problem-solving abilities to contribute to solid decision-making.
Strong understanding and experience of traditional and digital production.
Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
A “can-do” attitude – no ask is too big or too small.
An entrepreneurial spirit – take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking.
A proactive approach – see the destination and know how to build the path there.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead multiple large projects, ensuring they are in-market on time and on budget.
Collaborate and contribute to the decision-making process with creative and strategy counterparts.
Champion creative thinking with clients, ensuring work aligns with strategy.
Manage multiple client stakeholders at various levels.
Grow and develop a supporting team.
